Verbal estimates gave over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site inspection. Written quotes gave after a physical inspection are binding for 30 days from the date of problem unless otherwise noted on the quote record. Work does not begin until a written quote is accepted.
First inspections are gave at no charge for properties within our service area. The inspection includes a visual review of accessible interior and exterior areas. We do not disassemble walls, open sealed voids, or do destructive check as part of a standard inspection. Conditions that are not visible during a standard walkthrough may affect final pricing.
We do not need steady service contracts for standard one-time treatment jobs. Where a multi-visit program is suggested and accepted, the terms, visit schedule, and pricing will be recorded in writing. Either party may cancel a multi-visit program with 48 hours' written notice after the first treatment visit. Fees for done visits are due no matter cancellation.
You agree to give safe, unobstructed access to the areas found for treatment on the scheduled service date. If access is unavailable or unsafe on arrival, a trip charge may apply. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work in conditions that present safety hazards to our technicians.
Where a written service guarantee is included with a quote, it applies only to the specific species and entry points addressed in that job. Guarantees do not cover new infestations resulting from conditions that post-date the treatment or from areas not included in the original scope. Any guarantee terms are stated on the written quote. Verbal guarantees are not binding.
Payment is due upon finish of service unless a written payment schedule has been agreed in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-check fee. Unpaid balances over 30 days may accrue interest at 1.5% per month and may be referred to a collection agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Winston-Salem Rodent Control's total liability for any claim arising from services or website use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits. Property damage not directly caused by our work. Or damages from rodent activity happening before or after our service period.
We carry general liability insurance. Evidence of coverage is available upon written request.
